CELEBRATION - HOLIDAY ON ICE Sixty years on, and the Holiday On Ice show is still going strong with its unique brand of frozen fun. This new party-themed spectacular is choreographed by our very own Olympic gold medal-winning figure skater Robin Cousins, and includes more than 60 skaters from 25 countries. WATCH THE BIRDIE This weekend the UK's biggest birdwatch takes place at a Royal Park near you. Head for Hyde Park, Regent's Park, Greenwich Park, Bushy Park, Kensington Gardens and Richmond Park. There, they'll show you how to make your own birdfeeder and you'll find out how to take part in the RSPB's annual survey of the nation's feathered friends. Big Garden Birdwatch (020-7935 7430). CHITTY CHITTY BANG BANG Jason Donovan takes over the driver's seat in the West End's most magnificent flying machine. The show owes more to Roald Dahl's film adaptation than Ian Fleming's original novel, but it flies through the plot with some punchy musical numbers and even adds a couple of new songs, to keep fans on their toes. It's a winner for kids of all ages and, yes, you'll really believe that a car can fly. London Palladium, Argyll Street, W1 (0870 890 1108). WHAT'S YOUR EVIDENCE? Kids get to turn detective for the day and use their senses to pick up on clues around the museum. These special sessions involve some mysterious goings-on that need investigating, and there's music and activities that everyone can join in, to keep younger troops happy.
