Hollywood star Andie MacDowell and her husband have divorced after three years of marriage.

The 46-year-old actress who shot to fame in Four Weddings And A Funeral, would not reveal any details about her split from businessman Rhett Hartzog, 45.

But a source said: 'It's a very painful time.' The couple wed in November 2001 in a lavish ceremony in North Carolina. MacDowell's three children from her first marriage attended.
