Up all night

Curfew is a new-ish night to London town that's off to a good start. It takes place once a month at the northern branch of Arthur Baker's Elbow Rooms emporium and features some of the best hip-hop DJs around, already kicking it off have been the likes of DJ Vadim and the Mixologists. Thur 10 Jun should be another cracker with the Scratch Perverts

Tony Vegas, Prime Cuts and Plus One, who have just returned from gigs in Japan, are, without doubt three of the biggest names on the UK hip-hop scene with loads of battle awards including DMC, Vestax and World ITF Scratching titles. Hosting every month is resident Joe Ransom, a guy who has a really strong following at the mo. Joe used to have residencies at Grooverider's Sunday monthly Prototype at Herbal and Off Centre at 333.

The place, though, that he really goes down a storm is his sets in Room 3 at Fabric Live - amazing atmosphere and well worth checking out, as is this cheeky little midweek soiree. It's really great to have another high-quality non weekend bash on the circuit with great artists on show, give it a shot.
