A team from the Springbok cafe group, Fish Hoek and Dumela, will offer everything from ostrich steak with a monkey gland sauce, to springbok and sosaties (kebabs) and traditional Cape Malay and Durban Indian cuisine. But is anyone up for some boerewors (the braai staple of spicy farm-style sausages) with a delicious side order of pap (boiled corn meal)? There will also be Castle lager, another braai staple, and exotic fruit juices.
