It includes works from the collection of 19 views of the Houses of Parliament painted by Monet and Whistler's lithographs depicting his views from the Savoy hotel.
The exhibition culminates in the artists' visions of Venice. A dream of a subject, all three painted supreme interpretations of the city's shimmering vistas. The show will climax with Monet's San Giorgio Maggiore At Dusk.
A Tate Britain spokesman said: "These three great artists have been shown in major exhibitions all over the world but never before have they been shown together in this depth.
"Visitors to Tate Britain from next February are in for a real treat and one that is unlikely to be repeated because many of these works are so rarely lent."
Turner Whistler Monet, sponsored by Ernst & Young, will run at Tate Britain from 10 February to 15 May. For ticket details phone 020 7887 8888 or see www.tate.org.uk/tickets
