T-REX: THE KILLER QUESTION

We all know about the infamous dino predator Tyrannosaurus rex, right? Well, maybe it's not as clear cut as we all thought. This fascinating new exhibition uses evidence gathered from respected palaeontologist Jack Horner that supports the theory that Trex may have been a scavenger and not the fearsome predator previously imagined. There's an awesome full-sized T-rex model to terrify the kids and, after you've worked your way round, you can cast your vote in the great scavenger/ predator debate. Marvellous stuff. War correspondents aren't just born, they have to learn their craft, and there's no better place to start than at the Imperial War Museum. This is a day-long drop-in activity session, where wannabe journos receive a brief from the editor, and are then despatched to interview genuine veterans and find out what life was really like on the front line.
