Kinkier voyeurs, adds Daniel, will also be disappointed. "Are we going to walk naked in the house? Are we going to go to the toilet? Not in full show," he says. "We're not out to shock."
The idea, they say, came from visiting a V&A exhibition where cooking was turned into performance art.
"Mikha'el scatters his food over the table in very artistic fashion," says Daniel. "Put it in a gallery and it's art ... Why, if Saatchi bought our mess and put in in his gallery, would it be?"
But is this really art or just another self-publicising step in the reality TV phase? "It relates to the reality TV phenomenon," admits Daniel. "But is it the ultimate reality TV show? No, because the audience can't hide behind the TV or remote control - they're in here, too, being watched back. And that's just as uncomfortable for them as it's going to be for us."
