Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares

Gordon f***ing Ramsay tackles another failing f***ing restaurant and lays into another f***ing head chef... Er, sorry about the language but, after watching this programme, it seems like the only way to communicate. This week, it's not just Ramsay who peppers his sentences with swear-words, everybody does it. If the producers tried to bleep them out some of this programme would end up sounding like a digital alarm clock going off.

The restaurant receiving the Ramsay treatment is The Glass House in Ambleside in the Lake District, which is doing so badly that owner Neil Farrell has turned off his mobile phone to avoid calls from creditors.

Ramsay rips into the management, the menu and the head chef, and sets about turning the place around in one week. But the old guard hasn't totally given up - Neil, at one point, has the nerve to criticise Ramsay for his Caesar salad. The star chef 's response is to lose the plot, simply yelling "You're talking through your f***ing arse" over and over again like a madman. However, he also praises some of the staff, and inspires them to excel - especially the younger ones, like part-timer Claire. "Gordon Ramsay thinks I am a really good chef. Oh, my God," she gasps. Well done! Two whole sentences without a swear word.
