Playboy apologies to Jessica

Jessica Alba has settled her dispute with Playboy over a photograph of her in a bikini on its cover.

The 24-year-old actress, had not agreed to be on the front and said the image suggested she appeared nude or partially nude inside.

She has now dropped demands the magazine withdraw its March issue after publisher Hugh Hefner sent her a letter of apology and made two charity donations.

"I'm happy to put this unfortunate event behind me," said Alba.
