Keira gets a bum deal

Getting into shape for nude scenes is part of the job for most actresses.

Keira Knightley, however, simply had to point.

The 19-year- old actress chose her very own 'bottom double' for her latest movie, Domino, the story of a model turned bounty hunter.

Roberta Lorince, a 28-year-old Romanian dancer, was paid £550 a day to double for Miss Knightley in the nude scenes.

The former ballerina, who works in a nude revue on the Las Vegas strip, was chosen from a line-up of beautiful bottoms.

'We had an audition. I was in an office and women came in and started stripping,' Miss Knightley recalled.

'They have fantastic bums and it's at that point you go "OK, unless your bum looks like that, don't show it on film".

'I don't have a bum like that so it's not in the film.'

The £30million movie is a fictionalised account of the life of model Domino Harvey, daughter of the late British actor Laurence Harvey, best known as the assassin in the 1962 classic The Manchurian Candidate.

Miss Harvey gave up her career as a model to track down criminals. In the movie she has to work as a stripper when she goes undercover on a case.

Miss Knightley, who was paid £2million for her role, said she was well aware her rear view might not make the grade.

'Hollywood is a dream world and that's what films are. They're fantasies, stories and escapism for people,' she said.

'Now in that particular scene, what they wanted was a perfect image, so in this story, in this fantasy, in this dream, you didn't need my a*** up there, you wanted something perfect gyrating around, so let's get something perfect.'
