'Kate Moss's contract was due to expire in December,' said a spokesman.
'We are not continuing the campaign. The company stands very strongly against drugs and we have a zerotolerance policy to substance abuse. The ads that have been placed will run but we will not be placing any further advertisements.'
Miss Moss's reluctance to express some regret about her behaviour has cost her dearly.
If she had spoken out earlier it is thought she would still have her £4million-a-year contracts.
However friends said she had been adamant that she saw nothing wrong in what she had done.
Her career started unravelling more than a week ago when she was pictured snorting lines of cocaine in a recording studio with her heroinaddict boyfriend Pete Doherty.
The Daily Mail understands Jefferson Hack, the father of her two-year-old daughter Lila, has said he will apply for custody unless she seeks help.
It is thought she will opt for outpatient counselling rather than book herself into a residential clinic for treatment.
'In Kate's world everyone takes cocaine and she has been staggered by how outraged everyone has been,' said a source close to her.
'Jefferson is no angel himself but he thinks she has been in denial for a long time about how bad her problem is.'
Miss Moss is due to return to England in the next few days.
She is expected to face a police investigation on her return. Social services officers are also said to be keen to interview her about her daughter's welfare.
