Morgan, 29, said: "I am appalled by the completely untrue allegations that appeared at the weekend by a former friend of mine, a ridiculous story that bears no resemblance to our private relationship or Jessie's behaviour."
Morgan has moved out of Wallace's east London home and moved back in with his mother in Essex.
The couple met when former policeman Morgan was assigned to escort the actress to a drink-drive hearing last year.
Speaking about the split, she said: "I just feel like I've been totally trodden on. How much worse can things get?
"I am terrified that all the pain and upset I have been feeling goes straight to my baby."
On Tuesday she returned to work at EastEnders for the first time since the break-up.
