Jerry's revenge against Mick

Five years after they broke up over his philandering, Jerry Hall is taking a musical revenge on Sir Mick Jagger.

At the age of 48, the 6ft Texan model and actress has recorded her first song - a thinly-veiled attack on the Rolling Stone's many extramarital dalliances.

Jerry co-wrote the track, Around This Table, with her friend and neighbour Rachel Fuller, girlfriend of The Who's Pete Townshend. The

lyrics appear to be about the large dining table at the house in Richmond Hill, South-West London, where Jerry lived with Sir Mick.

She was awarded the £7million property after their nine-year marriage was annulled and still lives there with their children James, Georgia May and Gabriel.

The song goes: "We make love on it. Our children scratch their names beneath. The fire lights our passion. And the wine has numbed our grief. Then you bring other women while I am out of town. And I can always sense when a stranger has sat down."

As revealed in the Daily Mail, Sir Mick sneaked his current girlfriend, model L'Wren Scott, back to Richmond Hill while Jerry was starring in The Graduate in San Francisco the summer before last.

After that Jerry told him never to bring his girlfriend round again. He has since been living in a suite at Claridge's Hotel in central London - at vast expense. Rachel, an accomplished pianist, lives across the road from Jerry at Townshend's £15million house and regularly gives 13-year-old Georgia May music lessons.

Jerry performed the song, which will appear on Rachel's forthcoming album Cigarettes and Housework, during a showcase for British artists hosted by Radio 2 in Austin, Texas.

She gave a "spoken word" delivery - a form she called "country recitation". Rachel said that this was because she "can't really sing". Jerry has had a long association with the music industry though she has never been a performer.
