Kylie is expected to travel to London over the next few weeks, before returning to her home city of Melbourne to escape the winter in Europe.
She was diagnosed with breast cancer in May and had a lump removed at the St Frances Xavier Cabrini Hospital in Melbourne by surgeon Jenny Senior, who described her as the "perfect patient".
At the time Ms Senior said she was confident that the cancer had been caught in time.
However there are concerns over Kylie's plummeting weight. Last week she cancelled an appearance at a ball in aid of cancer research because she was too weak. Her younger sister Dannii read out a statement on her behalf, saying: "I am currently a cancer patient. I aim to be a cancer survivor. This is only possible with the incredible work done by so many within the field."
