be turned into a game down the line, they shoot parallel scenes - this was done with Enter The Matrix.
Such rapid advance in digital filmmaking is a problem for designers. 'It's difficult to come up with concepts that aren't already in use,' says Mead.
But one thing he nailed with the Tron film was that man's increasing dependence on technology is blurring the lines between the real and virtual worlds.
'The two are almost indistinguishable,' says Mead. 'A floating virtual world is really not that far away.'
