Gilbert & George's 'hooded' art

Two teenagers wearing hoodies are depicted in a new picture by controversial artists Gilbert & George, shown dressed in white.

It comes amid a rising tide of concern about the 'intimidating' clothing, which has been outlawed by some shopping centres, including Bluewater in Kent.

The image is one of 25 by the artists which are being used to represent Britain at the Venice Biennale international art festival.
