Charlotte plays Hyde and Sing

What will it be like performing with Pavarotti in Hyde Park? I have no idea, hopefully it will be good. I won't be intimidated, even though Pavarotti has an unbelievably powerful voice. To be honest I don't listen to classical music. So I can't say I'm a classic Pavarotti fan. But it will be amazing to perform with him because he is the most respected tenor ever, and such an amazing all-round artist.

During the past few years I have sung for the Clintons in Washington, the Pope at the Vatican, at the inauguration of George W. Bush, for the Queen at the opening of the Welsh assembly in Cardiff, for the Prince Of Wales at his 50th birthday party, and most recently for Tony Blair, although probably my favourite was performing "Summertime" with Wyclef at the Wyclef Jean Foundation concert for underprivileged children. He's wicked.

But I am looking forward to performing at Picnic With Pavarotti - it is such a cool idea. At Hyde Park I'll be singing songs from a few musicals, from my first two albums, and a lot of new songs. Apart from Pavarotti, the Picnic In The Park has a great line-up with Vanessa Mae and Russell Watson. I've met them both and they are lovely. Especially Vanessa because she's more my age. She's really lovely, and she always wears wicked clothes.
