The sky's the limit

Newham's outdoor music festival features something for everyone. On Fri 2 Sep The Squadronaires orchestra plays Forties swing (12.30pm-4pm), while in the evening you can dance to salsa, lambada and merengue from Palenke plus soca, reggae and rock from SW Storm (7pm-11pm).

There's Asian classical/ traditional music from Swarah Ensemble and The Khan Brothers on Sat 3 Sep (1pm-4.30pm), with Bollywood sounds co-hosted by DJ Missy D (7pm-11pm). Sun 4 Sep offers classical tunes from the London Gala Orchestra with a fireworks finale (7pm-10.30pm).
