Stormin' Norman

Plan B on Brixton High Street is a relatively new addition to the South scene with an unusual interior. Styled like a basketball court, it allows tired movers - or those just warming up - to lounge around the edge of the dancefloor on huge steps with their drinks.

The club only serves the strong beers such as Stella and the like and those under five-foot ten may find they're only just able to peer over the top of the bar to order their drinks.

That said, it has a state-of-the-art sound system and when the music is right is a great place to party. Just make sure you watch out for a moody toilet attendant though - she's been known to demand the pound from your hand before letting you leave the bathroom.

Thursdays

Crash Position- 9pm - 2am - Free before 10pm / £3 thereafter / bottles of Stella £2 all night
It's the return of the legend that is Chad Jackson! The eighties superstar that gave us "Hear The Drummer Get Wicked" has re-invented himself as one helluva breaks DJ. Last time he graced the Crash Position decks he tore the place to pieces... Assume The Position!

Fridays

Fidget - 9pm - 4am - £3 before 10pm / £5 thereafter
This week we welcome DJ Wooz of DMC Team Champs The Flaredycats - a heavyweight crew of 2 DJ's working on as many as 6 turntables.The DMC UK Champions bring a show consisting of a tight blend of hip hop classics -continuously cutting and remixing a selection of old school gems, buttery new underground joints, and more commercial club bangers! The aim is to bring party vibes, and rock crowds. The crew adapts to all tastes, whilst providing an impressive showcase on the turntables.

Saturdays

B-Side - 8pm - 4am - £5 before 9pm / £7 thereafter
Norman Jay’s Official Warm-Up Good Times Party
Sir Norman of Jay rolls into Plan B this Saturday for his pre carnival warm up. ‘Nuff said really apart from arrive early to avoid the queues. Please note that organisers are unable to accept any more guestlist requests and table reservations for this night.

Sundays

Glorious! -8pm-very,very late - Free all night!
It's bank holiday again, so Plan B has gone and got themselves a license extension and they've joined forces with the Oblivion DJs - Dan The Tickler, Stevie Butcher & Ollie Smiles - to bring you a Summer Sunday Southside Soundclash to add some sizzle to the day of rest!
