In terms of daily average, the V&A scored highest with 3,103 visitors for Art Deco, followed by the National Gallery with 3,011 for Titian, the Royal Academy with 3,009 for Aztecs and 2,997 for the Lord Lloyd-Webber chattels, and then the National Gallery again with Ron Mueck at 2,013. This last, however, is incredible in terms of deliberate attendance and we must conclude from it that a vast number of visitors simply wander into the National Gallery's small exhibitions because they are en route to other parts of the building and no entry fee is charged.
