The Easy A actress - who had a spell in rehab late last year after months of erratic behaviour - had her license suspended following two hit-and-run charges and an arrest for driving under the influence in 2012, but she was spotted driving a black BMW in Los Angeles at the weekend and Department of Motor Vehicles records show she is now legally allowed back on the road.
The 28-year-old star was ordered by a judge in September 2012 to hand over her car keys as she continued getting behind the wheel despite the ban.
She is still receiving outpatient treatment since leaving rehab in December, and is "devoted to living her life as healthy as possible" but is no longer taking any medication.
