ShowbizBrunettes have more funNigella having fun!Ruth Bloomfield|Evening Standard11 April 2012The most beautiful women in the world have one thing in common - they are all brunettes.A panel of 1,000 beauty experts today agreed it is exotic raven locks that make the difference.Uma Thurman, 35, star of Kill Bill, was the highest-ranked blonde, taking sixth place in the annual list of the 100 most beautiful women.Angelina Jolie, 29, topped the Harpers and Queen's magazine poll, followed by 36-year-old model Christy Turlington, Queen Rania of Jordan, 34, and film director Sofia Coppola, 34.Nigella Lawson, 45, was the highest-ranked Briton at number five. She is considered more attractive than Kate Moss, 31, the second-highest Briton on the list at number eight. Lawson also trounced 20-year-old actress Scarlett Johansson, who took 14th place.The list - compiled by fashion experts, writers, designers, artists and plastic surgeons - excluded women who had had obvious cosmetic surgery.Harpers & Queen's July issue is on sale from 6 June.
