A postcard lottery

If you've always wanted to own an original artwork but thought it out of your price range, you should pop down to the Royal College Of Art this week for RCA Secret. For £35 you could own a postcard-sized piece by a top artist, a celebrity, or an art star of the future.

The sale features hundreds of original postcards, including ones by the usual suspects - Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst, Sam Taylor-Wood and Julian Opie - plus other celebrity contributors, including Paul and Stella McCartney, Wallace And Gromit creator Nick Park and film-maker Terry Gilliam, to name a few.

But of course, as you may already know, the identity of the work remains top secret until you've actually made your purchase - brilliant if you think you can spot a signature style.

To celebrate the event's tenth anniversary, this year you'll have the opportunity to win one of the cards simply by guessing who the artist is. You can enter online at www.bowieart.com - where you can also view all the work.

Or you can view them in person at the RCA until Thursday. The sale takes place on Friday and Saturday.
