A couple of teasers

Are they or aren't they? The burning question over Hollywood's most talked about 'couple' was further fuelled yesterday by a hint of 'they most definitely are'.

Of course, it may all be a publicity stunt to drum up interest in their new film. But, after months of denying reports of an affair - said to have started on the set of Mr & Mrs Smith - Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie could be about to reveal all in a 60-page - yes, 60-page - picture spread with a leading US magazine.

One steamy shot shows 30-year-old Jolie straddling a bare-chested Pitt, 41. Sneak previews of the interview reveal neither denies they are an item.

In fact, their cryptic answers in the July issue of W magazine will leave fans and gossips guessing even further. 'People want an answer about what's happening in my life,' says Jolie. 'But I need to know what's happening first.'

Their meeting on the film, in which they play a married couple hired to kill each other, is said to have ended the marriage between Pitt and Friends star Jennifer Aniston, 36.
