Sedated tiger cub found abandoned in duffle bag on US-Mexico border

US Border Patrol agents were left shocked when they discovered a tiger cub in an abandoned duffle bag on the US-Mexico border.

Agents on duty discovered the bag after interrupting three people attempting to enter into the United States illegally through Brownville, Texas.

The men dropped the bag and fled back to Mexico upon encountering the agents.

Bundled inside the bag, agents found an unconscious male tiger cub.

A photo posted by the US Border Control on Tuesday showed the tiger passed out on a towel.

The nearly four-month old cub appeared sedated and was turned over to Gladys Porter Zoo.
