The McFly singer's wife Giovanna gave birth to a "beautiful baby boy" and the happy couple - who first met when they were 13 and tied the knot in May 2012 - are thrilled with their new arrival.
The Star Girl singer announced on Twitter this morning: "Yep, Mrs Fletcher gave birth to our insanely gorgeous son yesterday at 7pm. He is healthy, beautiful and I've already changed his nappy."
Tom's joke comes after he admitted he was studying videos of how to change nappies ahead of his child's arrival because he was determined to be a hands-on dad.
Meanwhile, Giovanna couldn't contain her excitement as she updated her followers about the baby's birth.
