The post on Twitter read: “This car has been left on our station cobbles, when asked to move he has told us to F$*£ off whilst he got his breakfast from the cafe opposite, some people have no consideration! Stay safe out there!”
The post gained support from members of the public who were outraged at the driver’s behaviour.
Cricklade Fire Station replied with their own example of an incident where a driver refused to move their vehicle.
Diane White commented: "Absolutely unbelievable! So sorry you’re having to deal with an inconsiderate **** like this - time to move it with a big red engine."
While Chris Constantinou wrote: "Real sorry that you guys have to put up with this. Outrageous. Hope you reported this individual."
The news comes after an ambulance crew received an angry note on their vehicle in February while attending to a 999 call.
An angry note was left on their vehicle which read: “If this van is for anyone but No.14 then you have no right to park here.
"I couldn't give a s*** if the whole street collapses. Now move your van from outside my house."
