Domino's Pizza worker sacked after crude slur aimed at customer on order screen

A Domino’s Pizza cashier was sacked after he referred to a customer as “Bell End” when he placed an order.

Angry Alan Bell, 54, spotted the crude phrase on a monitor used to show customers when their food is ready at a branch in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

The 54-year-old cabbie took a photo of the screen before later complaining to Domino’s customer care team.

He reportedly confronted the branch manager, telling The Sun: “I said to him. Do you know what a bell end is? It’s p****, isn’t it? So you’re putting me up there as a p****’. He just shrugged his shoulders.”

Mr Bell added: “I was disgusted and annoyed. It’s an insult to my family name.”

A Domino's spokeswoman said: "The behaviour of this team member was wholly unacceptable. We have apologised to Mr Bell and the team member is no longer working for us."
