Others criticised what they claimed was a lack of information for passengers.
Harry Knibbs wrote: “@Se_Railway Turned up at Barnehurst. No signs. No staff. Terrible service. How did you expect us all to find out there were no trains?”
Dan Tre added: “Can someone tell the bus drivers that tickets can be used on buses as they don’t know anything about the Barnehurst problems.”
