On Twitter, the channel told followers that the person who made the trademark claim was once a part of the group.
They wrote: "Thanks to all the fans that have been messaging YouTube and for all the @'s. It has helped more than you think.
"Also we found out who try shut down the channel. The person used to be part of Trollstation."
The channel was back up and running at around 2pm today.
In March, group co-founder and cameraman Danh Van Le, 31, was jailed for nine months over a series of videos showing bomb hoaxes and fake robberies on London's streets.
Recent stunts, which included a woman being bottled at an anti-violence march and a lady being groped in a Tube carriage have also attracted strong criticism.
