“It would disappear around the corner and then appear at the other side. It was running around the ledge from one side to the other and someone in their office saw it was begging for help.”
Mr Harb, from Guildford, said workmates called the fire brigade who told them to call an animal rescue charity - but they were unable to trace the rogue animal.
He said: “Everyone in my office was jumping around getting excited. Some people called the London Fire Brigade and the RSPCA.
“It was so random. One of the maintenance workers came out of a little door on the roof to help it. I assume that’s how it was brought down after having a full tour of the building.”
A spokesman for Diawa last night said the issue had been “dealt with” but would not confirm the fox’s ultimate fate.
