Passengers travelling through Stratford face major disruption this weekend after a fire broke out near the tracks.
Eight fire engines and around 60 firefighters were called to tackle the blaze yesterday, which involved trees and shrubbery beside the railway line.
Services were brought to a standstill outside Stratford station, with around 1,400 passengers evacuated from trains.
Footage from the scene showed passengers running to safety as debris fell from the sky.

Urgent repair work is now under way to repair damage to the line, while National Rail has warned that disruption is expected to continue until 6am on Monday.
Passengers have been advised to avoid travelling through the area where possible and to check before setting out.
Here are the rail lines affected by the fire:
Elizabeth Line - Services can now run through however passengers are being warned of cancellations, alterations and delays across the network.
There are minor delays between Whitechapel and Shenfield.
Greater Anglia - Services travelling through Stratford are severely disrupted on all routes in and out of the station. Passengers have been urged to check before they travel.
London Overground - Services will run with severe delays across the Mildmay line, and services will be part suspended between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction.
A spokesperson for Network Rail said: “Network Rail engineers have assessed the damage and are working as quickly as possible to repair the damaged infrastructure and restore the signalling and telecoms equipment back to normal.
“As a result of this a reduced number of Greater Anglia train services can run via Stratford.
“It is expected that trains that do run will be busier than usual. Please do check the website and app for the most up to date service information - check before you travel.”
