A fund to help local businesses struggling after the terror attacks in London and the Grenfell Tower disaster was set up on Thursday.
Sadiq Khan announced the £300,000 fund to help firms which have been unable to trade or have been affected by the tragic events.
Traders at Borough Market are estimated to have lost £1.4 million while businesses which rely on tourism at London Bridge and Westminster suffered also.
The impact of the Grenfell Tower inferno on local businesses, some of which have been behind cordons, is also thought to have been substantial.

The Mayor called on the Government to match the money to help some of the “hidden victims” of the incidents, in particular small businesses.
Through the fund, City Hall will also offer local businesses advice and support to help them get back on their feet.
Mr Khan said: “While the human cost of these events has been unimaginable, there has also been a financial cost.”
It comes after the Philip Hammond officially stated the London Bridge atrocity was “terrorism”, paving the way for insurance pay-outs.
