While he was waiting for the ambulance to arrive a parking warden issued him a ticket despite the protests of a crowd that had gathered.
Mr Yadgar, 27, a marketing manager from St John’s Wood, said: “I was stunned. He didn’t have the heart or common sense to think, ‘This person is helping someone.’ ”
A Barnet council spokesman said: “The council is not in the business of penalising Good Samaritans, we’ve cancelled the ticket.”
