A London Ambulance Service spokesman said no charges had been brought in relation to the second incident.
There has been an increasing number of attacks on London paramedics, with the 415 physical assaults last year being an increase of almost five per cent on the previous year.
These included a paramedic being smashed in the face with a guitar at University College Hospital, and a solo paramedic being grabbed round the neck and left fearing that he would be thrown in front of traffic on the North Circular Road.
There were also 632 reports of verbal assault against emergency crews last year.
Jason Killens, director of operations at London Ambulance Service, said: “Attacking my ambulance crews as they go about saving lives in the capital will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
“Medics are already under a great deal of pressure. It is completely unacceptable that they should also face the risk of assault when they go to assist members of the public.”
