Gilkes and Stirling have moved on to run Barts, round the corner on Sloane Avenue, and set up two projects: Maggie’s, a Margaret Thatcher-themed club, and Bunga Bunga, a popular pizzeria where the pizzas are named after girls Silvio Berlusconi has, um, entertained.
