Relax and enjoy your trip: I'm not aware that there has ever been a time when evidence of a visit to Turkey has resulted in a traveller being denied entry to Cyprus.
But I understand why a number of holidaymakers are confused about the situation.
It goes back to the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974, which led to the partition of the island and the establishment of the self-styled Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, recognised by no country other than Turkey.
Because the official Republic of Cyprus government does not designate Ercan airport in the north of the island as an international gateway, passengers arriving there are technically deemed to have entered the country illegally.
In theory, if your passport shows evidence of having landed there, you could be refused entry next time you land in the republic at Larnaca or Paphos airports.
In practice, however, I am unaware of entry ever having been denied.
Today, the "green line" dividing the island is more porous than at any time since 1974, and you can cross at half-a-dozen points.
