A new food counter, RAW (Really Amazing Wonderfoods), has opened in the Selfridges Food Hall, selling - as the name suggests - nothing but raw foods (fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts, herbs, spices and grains), packed with natural flavours, vitamins and minerals. It's fresh, simple, healthy food with no additives or preservatives. The aim is to provide food naturally high in digestive enzymes and vitamins. There's a delicious new olive oil in town, made by Raoul's deli and café; owner Geraldine Leventis. The oil is made from the trees that grow on her estate in the Greek Peloponnese and is the greenest olive oil I've ever seen (from £4 for 330ml).
