It is pretty easy to get hold of, too — most health food shops and large supermarkets stock it. The coconut yoghurt, which brings the creamy texture, is rich in vitamins and is a good, dairy-free source of calcium. Again, you can get this in most large supermarkets, but if you can’t find it, you can use whipped cream instead.
