And this remains a big part of the Seat hot hatch’s appeal. You can still (just) buy one for less than £30,000 and will still discover a car with a broad stretch of abilities; it’s fast, roomy, practical, well-equipped and, now, faster than ever.
There’s even a new four-wheel drive ST estate version of the Leon Cupra, if you’d prefer something that fully cures the hot Seat’s traction issues. We’d probably still save the cash and go for this one, though. After all, what’s a hot hatch if it isn’t a little unruly at times?
