The layout of the car and materials used, Suzuki says, are focused on keeping weight down to meet the ‘rigorous’ demands of the compact car sector, including size.
The hatchback sits on a new platform, one which is likely to be used on other newcomers from Suzuki. Significantly, the company is expected to use it for the upcoming Nissan Juke rival.
