Where do you live?
West London, but I love staying at The Lanesborough because it's so traditional and there's a man playing the piano in the lobby.

What advice would you give a tourist?
Get stuck into all the proper British things: go to the bars near the Camden Stables Market and see the view from the top of Hampstead Heath.

Which shops do you rely on?
I go to the hairstylist Lyndell Mansfield, she's an amazing pink-haired extravaganza at the moment. I like vintage shopping and there are a few shops opposite the Camden Stables that I love. I also like Aqua, which is near Carnaby Street, and Rokit. For everything else there's Topshop and American Apparel. I'm a sucker for an old-school album so I'll go into HMV for something like The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill.

What's the first thing you do when you arrive back in London?
I go to Savannah Jerk or Jerk City on Wardour Street for the most amazing chicken, and I like to go for a walk around Bushy Park because there's usually no one there apart from the deer.

What's the best meal you've had in London?
Hi Sushi on the edge of Camden Lock. You sit on the floor and the chefs are right there so you can see them make the food.

What's your biggest extravagance?
I spend a lot of money on food. I like going to the Blue Elephant on Fulham Broadway and ordering dishes like crocodile and squid.

What would you do as Mayor for a day?
I would redistribute wealth and I would ban cigarettes, alcohol and drugs for the night to see what happened.

What's the most romantic thing someone's done for you in London?
Made me a picnic inside. It was raining so they laid the rug on the lounge floor.

What was the last album you downloaded?
Ed Sheeran's debut, which has 'The A Team' on it.

What animal would you most like to be?
A micro-pig; they're so cute.

Which building would you like to live in?
Tate Modern would be amazing; it is like a 50-bedroom house you could Rollerblade around.

Which is your favourite shopping street?
Carnaby Street, because there's always something to look at and a Pret A Manger is nearby.
