While nobody in their right mind wants teeth which look Tipp-exed, a stain-free smile is always a must. Tricky when you are a caffeine-reliant, five-cups-of-tea-a-day professional. So I popped into Smilepod’s bright Moorgate studio to try its High Gloss Diamond Polish which consists of an ultrasonic scaling to remove any tartar, before a — surprisingly gentle — air jet of calcium carbonate powder is used to eradicate stubborn stains. The treatment concludes with a brightening polish.

Results: Seriously. Clean. Teeth. And a whiter smile too. Plus my dentist gave me lots of pointers on flossing for the future. *notetoself*
