BIG UP UGANDA, Belgravia

Karen Elson’s emotive words fired up the guests at the Big Up Uganda Gala for Save The Children, hosted by Adwoa Aboah and photographer Felix Cooper, the first event to be held at ES columnists Lucy Carr-Ellison and Jemima Jones’s new concept restaurant, Wild by Tart. Guests did some big bidding at the auction — with prizes including a trip to the Maldives and VIP treatment at Arsenal.

HOPE NOT HATE, Park Lane

At the InterContinental Hotel, unicorns sold raffle tickets and the auctioneer’s assistants wore high-octane drag for the Albert Kennedy Trust Gala dinner in support of LGBT+ young people facing homelessness. After the auction, where a lot to attend Henry Holland’s LFW show in a bespoke House of Holland suit went for £20,000, stars, queens and unicorns alike danced to a DJ set by Aimee Phillips and Pixie Geldof.

FENDI MANIA, New Bond Street

Fashion’s fun loving animals were out in force for Fendi’s latest cult product drop, in collaboration with Fila. Lottie Moss peacocked her new brunette do, while Rio Ferdinand called it a date night with girlfriend Kate Wright and Molly Moorish proved the spitting image of mama Lisa.

A GOOD KORS, Mayfair

Where else would ‘Mr Claridges’, artist David Downton, have a Martini-fuelled lock-in to celebrate his collaboration with Michael Kors than the hotel’s glorious Fumoir bar? Pals Kate Moss and Laura Bailey piled in with Kors for late-night snaps, while Erin O’Connor ended the night reclining on the hotel staircase.

CHARM SCHOOL, Shoreditch

Shiny, happy people Lottie Moss, Neelam Gill and Mary Charteris crammed into Village Underground to celebrate Pandora’s new Reflexions bracelets, with suitably circular tacos and ice cream rolls, while Mabel took to the stage to serenade everyone. What a charmer.

NEW KIDS, Westminster

A terribly chic initiation ceremony at the National Gallery for new members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences: Timothée Chalamet and Olivia Colman enjoyed Aretha Franklin songs and guests quaffed champagne by the bucket-load among pop-up golden statuettes.
