Zara launches an online-only shopping experience

Head to the Zara pop-up now open in London's Westfield Stratford and you can purchase new clothes - but you won’t be leaving the shop with them...

Designed primarily for ordering and collecting online orders, the innovative temporary store is open until May while the chain's flagship store in the shopping centre is refurbished and extended.

Spanning nearly 200 square metres, the pop-up will have a curated selection of women's and men's clothing available for customers to try on in-store and order for delivery to their homes.

It's all very high tech.

Store staff will be on hand with mobile devices to assist customers, who will receive their orders within the same day if placed before 2pm, or the next day, if placed in the afternoon.

And that is not all. Mirrors in the pop-up store will have embedded information screens to offer product recommendations - just scan an item and the system will suggest other garments and accessories to coordinate and style with the one you’re trying on, all in your size.
