I chose to have my brows tidied along with a paint and shape (fifteen minutes each). Beauty therapist Correne, a self-confessed perfectionist, gave me two tidy treatments. You can have threading or waxing for your brows; I chose wax and I was pleased with the result – just a little tidy for that extra groomed look.

This is an OPI salon so I chose their on-trend festive colour Warm Me Up, a gold/bronze/brown. Corenne is about to start offering OPI’s new Christmas colour range, designed by Gwen Stefani, so expect lots of deep plums and more metallics from them this season. Yum! As for the blow-dry, I’ve written before about my fandom for Muse creative head honcho Jason so I was super happy to have him give me yet another pretty, straight, smooth blow-dry.

Overall, a good grooming pit-stop conducted in less time than it takes to watch Newsnight (or Made in Chelsea – *cough*). Painted thumbs-up!
