Cult US beauty brand Milk Makeup is finally available in the UK - and the hype is huge.

Last weekend, a pop-up in Covent Garden attracted thousands, with a queue of makeup fanatics snaking its way through the cobbled streets throughout the two-day event. And, prior to its launch online at Cult Beauty, the cruelty-free brand had a waiting list of over 17,000 - the largest in the website's history.

A hit on Instagram, the vegan cosmetic line has amassed 1.1 million followers thanks to its pretty products which celebrate creativity, self-expression and a large splash of glitter.

But, does the inclusive brand live up to the hype? We tried and tested a range of Milk Makeup's best-selling products, from highly pigmented eye creams to a versatile glitter stick and edgy tattoo stamps.
