Hackney. A lot of the younger Arsenal lads live in the area, so we’re always playing FIFA or pool, or just having a chat.

Last show you saw?

Thriller at the Lyric Theatre. I was in my element with all the dancing.

Favourite bar?

The Radio Rooftop Bar at the ME London hotel. It’s got one of the best views.

Where would you recommend for a first date?

The London Eye, now that it’s getting lighter.

Where do you go to let your hair down?

The Rum Kitchen in Notting Hill. Mine's a long dry daiquiri.

Earliest London memory?

Being taken to the Adidas store on Oxford Street as a teenager.

Building you’d like to buy?

The Shard. I don’t have a head for heights, but once I’m up there I’ll be all right.

Best thing a London cabbie has ever said to you?

A Spurs fan told me I’m a top fella. He’s the only one who ever has.

Have you ever had a run-in with a London policeman?

I got pulled over by a police unit who thought I was a wanted criminal. I had to quickly whip my licence out to prove I wasn’t.

Who’s your hero?

Thierry Henry. I was substituted for him when he made his comeback for Arsenal against Leeds in the FA Cup in 2012 and scored the winner. It was as if he was saying, ‘I’m going to show you how it’s done.’

Last album you downloaded?

Rick Ross’ latest album, Hood Billionaire. I’ve got into him recently.

What would you do as Mayor?

Get rid of all lifts. I’ve got a phobia of being stuck in one.

Best meal?

The black cod at Novikov in Mayfair.

Building you’d like to be locked in overnight?

The Ritz. If I get to choose who I’m locked in there with, I’m going with Rihanna.
