Esther says: "I think that the reason my body-fat ratio is low is because of the amount of exercise I do. I go to the gym four times a week and do Body Combat and Pilates classes, work out with a personal trainer and do plenty of cardiovascular work such as treadmill, exercise bikes, rowing machine and step. I eat very healthily: loads of pasta, vegetables and rice. I always choose wholemeal carbohydrates and avoid fatty foods, although I have the very occasional binge on chips. I used to think I was underweight, but actually I don't worry about my weight at all now. I feel healthy, eat and exercise well, so I'm perfectly happy."
