What's been done

Highlights could have been enhanced and lifted to give her a nice shine and accentuate the contrasts. Her hair also looks suspiciously shiny. They may have taken out stray hairs over her forehead and face to tidy up the picture.

Neck

There are no wrinkles or lines on her neck either, so these must have been removed.

Arms

Right arm (left as we look): This has definitely been slimmed because it now appears to curve ever so slightly inward on the forearm. The line from her shoulder to elbow is unnaturally straight, which suggests any curves have been shaved off digitally. It also seems that wrinkles and veins have been removed from her hand.

Left arm: The skin looks too smooth, especially in the armpit area where there's no hint of the creases or follicles usually found. Technicians have highlighted the whole of her armpit to remove any detail.

Hands

Quite veiny and creased in real life, but there's no sign of that here.

Face

Facially she is perfect. Wrinkles, bags under her eyes, crow's feet and even signs of a double chin (which she has in previous photos) have been removed. She has lost a good seven to ten years through clever airbrushing.

Breasts

Definitely enhanced. Both breasts have had shadows added above and below to accentuate their roundness. I would say they've also been re-shaped and the skin has been smoothed. They are too perfect to be real.

Waist

Her waistline has been totally re-shaped to curve inwards. In previous photos, this simply isn't the figure she has, which is much fuller. But in this picture, she has suddenly got curves.

Hips

The curve of her hips may well have been rounded off and taken in. Any cellulite is no longer present.

Stomach

If a girl was this thin, surely you would see her ribs or even stomach muscles? This area is just too smooth. No woman with children could have escaped entirely from the ravages of childbirth. There are no lines or contours of any kind.

Body Hair

Even for a woman who waxes, no one's nether regions could be that smooth.

Knees

Wrinkles and bumps around her knees have been removed so they now seem to have almost disappeared.

Legs and Feet

Her legs have been retouched to look smoother - there's not a mark on her skin. They've also been slimmed down.

Her inner thighs in particular are quite straight. The technicians may have extended the dark background slightly to do this.

Certainly, there is a distinct shadow down the left side (on the right as we look) of both legs. Her legs are now skinny and long whereas in the 'before' photos she has a flabby bottom and quite stocky legs. And her feet could belong to a Sindy doll, they're so smooth.

Skin

The skin tone may have been warmed up to give her an extra-healthy glow. Overall, I'd say that there has been so much skin work done - just by removing any skin detail apart from leaving the odd shadow here and there - that she looks almost too 'plastic', like a shop dummy. There isn't a single line or blemish on her.
